Dinner or Brunch at the Castle
For a nominal donation, Thunderbird members at the Castle and Flagship Admiral, Commodore and Captain levels may reserve an elegant private dinner (or brunch) for 2 - 12 attendees at historic Thunderbird Lodge. These dinners are a popular way to celebrate birthdays, entertain clients, romance a partner, or commemorate special occasions. Imagine sunset in the gazebo with friends as waterfalls cascade into the nearby lagoon or feel the warm hearth on a chilly winter eve as an intimate fireside dinner unfolds.
Following a welcome reception, our private chef will prepare a three-course extravaganza from an array of menu options ordered in advance. This is a turnkey experience including self-parking or limo drop off, a docent-guided estate tour, gourmet meal, house beer and wine, non-alcoholic beverages, service, and gratuity.
Upon request, Thunderbird Lodge may be closed to others for the duration of your visit, ensuring both a private and secure experience.
